In addition, Alexis Blackburn said Dyson inflicted emotional distress on her and demanded she abort their unborn child in 2019.

Dyson, 33, and a free agent, was put on ice for the 2021 season under MLB’s domestic violence policy after the league investigated Blackburn’s claims. T

According to the Daily Mail, the lawsuit filed Monday states: “Defendant Dyson raped, battered and terrorized someone he claimed he love. Because of his corroborated conduct, Major League Baseball handed down the longest suspension for violation of its domestic violence policy in the history of the sport.”

Among Blackburn’s claims:

— Dyson threw baseballs at her and her cat, leaving her with bruises.

— The hurler tripped her into a bathtub, resulting in cracked ribs.

— On “multiple” occasions she said Dyson slammed her head into a wall, breaking teeth and damaging an ear.

In addition, Blackburn claims the former Minnesota Twins star was explosively jealous and forced her to quit numerous jobs in order to be a housewife. He also allegedly accused her of having sex with other men and used racial epithets when making those claims.

According to the lawsuit seen by the Mail: “Dyson called plaintiff ‘N-word lover’ and a ‘whore.’ Dyson also referred to other players as ‘poor Mexicans,’ ‘N-words,’ and a multitude of racist names.”

When he was on the road, Blackburn claims Dyson forced her to stay home and made her sell her car.

Blackburn also alleges that in 2019, Dyson exploded in a rage when he was told she was 25 weeks’ pregnant.

“When Dyson learned she was pregnant, he spat in face and slammed her head into the wall, resulting in damage to her teeth as well as her inner ear,” the lawsuit said.

“Dyson then forced himself on her and sexually battered her. Plaintiff told him it was painful and asked him to stop multiple times. Dyson ignored her and said he was almost finished. Once he finished he stated, ‘I always wanted to have sex with a pregnant woman.’”

The pitcher’s lawyer, Todd Foster, told the Mail: “We have many differences with what is alleged in the lawsuit and the manner in which it was brought. We will address these soon with the court.”

Originally drafted by the Toronto Blue Jays in 2010, he also made stops in Miami, Texas, San Francisco and, finally, Minnesota. Dyson has not pitched since the 2019 season and spent 2020 recovering from shoulder surgery.
