The 31-year-old New Orleans man pleaded guilty last year to posing as a non-existent mentally disabled younger brother. His motivation was to get women to “babysit” him and change his diapers.

Now, Deas IV is in trouble with police again in another attempt to feed his twisted fetish.

He has been charged with human trafficking and attempted human trafficking after allegedly posing as a special needs person to get caregivers to change his diapers. He is also charged with four counts of violating probation.

Louisiana State Police said Deas’ latest scheme involved a claim that he was in “alternative therapy” and he allegedly asked one victim to help find more babysitters to care for him — and presumably change his diapers. WDSU reported that diaper-dwelling Deas confessed to detectives that his intention was to satisfy his particular fetish.

Last year, he pleaded guilty to four counts of human trafficking, one count of possession of methamphetamine and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Deas told cops he’d been sexually traumatized when he was a youngster. He then created a fictional brother with autism and stepped into the role.

According to an affidavit, the accused copped to having mental health issues such as depression and anxiety. He has no physical disabilities and has never been diagnosed with autism.

His 12-year prison sentence was suspended in a plea deal. Cops fear there may be more victims.
