Shotgun-wielding robber targets Hamilton Tim Hortons

Hamilton Police are looking for an armed man after a Tim Hortons was robbed early Friday.

Cops say the crime happened at 3:45 a.m. at the Tim’s location at 675 Mohawk Rd. E., in Hamilton’s East Mountain.

Police say a male with a shotgun demanded cash and threatened employees.

He obtained an undisclosed amount of money and fled on foot.

No employees were injured.

The Tim Hortons remains closed during the investigation.
