Suspect sought in Financial District stabbing

Toronto Police are asking for help to locate a suspect in a stabbing in the city’s Financial District.

On Wednesday at about 3 p.m., officers were called to Richmond and York Sts. where a man had been stabbed. The attacker then fled on foot on Richmond.

Police did not say the extent of the victim’s injuries.

Cops released an image of a suspect, who they described as six-feet tall and about 20 years old with short dreadlocks.

He was wearing a grey hooded sweater, small satchel, blue jeans, and a camouflage jacket.
