A male victim was “vital signs absent” after gunfire erupted in Scarborough on Tuesday night.
Toronto Police were called to the Lawrence Ave. E.-Orton Park Rd. area for reports of gunshots coming from a car and a man struck by gunfire.
The man was reportedly unresponsive. Cops said a grey car fled the scene.
Medics rushed to the scene and the victim was without vital signs.
A vehicle was located with bullet holes and the scene was to be closed off as police continued to investigate.
