Police looking for male and female in relation to Spadina assault

The Toronto Police Service is seeking assistance with an ongoing Aggravated Assault investigation.

On Saturday, October 10, 2021, at 1:46 am, officers responded to a radio call for a Fight in the Spadina Ave. and St. Andrew St. area.

Police reported a man and woman approached the victim on the west sidewalk on Spadina Avenue.

The man became involved in a heated dispute with the victim

The man brandished an edged weapon and stabbed the victim several times

The victim was transported to hospital with serious non life-threatening injuries

The man and woman were last seen walking westbound on Dundas St. West from Spadina, police said.

The man is described as 6’0”, 25-30 yrs old, 160-170 lbs., wearing glasses, surgical mask, dark colored New York Yankees baseball cap, white t-shirt, blue jean shorts, black running shoes, white socks and a dark hooded sweater.

The woman is described as 5’6”, 20-25 yrs old, long dark shoulder-length hair with light brown highlights, white shirt with dark stripes, dark pants and black boots.
