An Amazon delivery driver disguised himself as a woman so he could sneak into a bathroom in a Massachusetts mall and take photos of women, including girls, using the toilet.
Jacob Guerrero, 23, of Woonsocket, R.I., faces multiple charges after police found videos of victims on his phone, some of whom were as young as eight years old, Police Chief Bill McGrath, of the Wrentham Police Department, said in a news release .
Police received a call on Aug. 24 from shoppers at the Wrentham Outlets who reported “a person who appeared to be a man dressed as a woman acting suspiciously in the public ladies’ bathroom.”
The suspect had on a blonde wig and stayed in a stall in between two others that women and younger girls, who may have been between 12 and 15, were using, according to allegations.
Police accused the man of using a pen camera to take photos and videos.
Surveillance footage led cops to Guerrero, who worked at the Amazon facility opposite the mall.
Upon further investigation, cops allegedly found Guerrero in possession of pornographic images of dozens of women and girls, including five victims under 18 and one as young as eight, and 12 videos where the victims were either nude or partially nude.
“In one case, the evidence suggests the suspect secretly recorded a young girl through her bedroom window as she undressed,” said the police chief.
Guerrero was arrested on 12 counts of possession of child pornography.
