And the estate, which Sotheby’s International Realty advertises as a ‘Surfer’s Paradise,’ could be yours for just $18.75 million.

As reported first by the Toronto Sun, Trudeau arrived in Tofino, B.C., for a controversial four-day vacation on Thursday — the same day as Canada’s first National Day for Truth and Reconciliation.

The vacation garnered Trudeau harsh criticism from Indigenous groups, some of which extended invitations for the Prime Minister to mark the day with them.

Tk’emlups te Secwepemc Chief Rosanne Casimir publicly chastised Trudeau for ignoring her invitations to spend the day in Kamloops, where unmarked graves of children who died at residential schools were discovered earlier this year.

Tla-o-qui-aht First Nation members spent Saturday holding a vigil on the beach outside of the home, demanding Trudeau apologize for not attending reconciliation day events, reported Tofino-Ucluelet Westerly News.

On Sunday, the PMO confirmed Trudeau extended a private apology to Casimir.

Title searches list the property’s owner as a Calgary businesswoman.

Municipal land records from 2012 also identify the property’s owner as a numbered corporation, whose website advertises itself as a “secure payment processing solution” for the cannabis industry.

Dun & Bradstreet lists the current owner’s husband as that corporation’s key principal.

The stunning Lynn Rd. estate consists of four separate structures built between majestic old-growth spruce and western cedar trees, all linked by a boardwalk.

The three-level, four-bedroom, six-bath home features a full kitchen with quartz countertops, several patios — including a two-level deck with breathtaking ocean views — and is decorated throughout with West Coast Indigenous art — including a hand-carved front door featuring renderings of two Haida Orcas.

The ground level also features a large mudroom and shower designed for ease of donning or doffing board-sport wetsuits.

The property also boasts a two-level guest house built in 2014, a modest servant’s quarters, and an elevated treehouse for the kids.

The property is listed as exempt from BC’s speculation and vacancy tax, a measure introduced by the province to discourage foreign investors from purchasing residential properties as investments and letting them sit empty as real estate values appreciate.

It’s also exempt from additional provincial land transfer taxes normally levied against foreign nationals who sell property in BC.
