Toronto Police release security video in Chavaughn Jones murder

Toronto Police have released video of three people in relation to the July 2 shooting death of Chevaughn Jones in the lobby of an apartment building at Vendome Place and Grenoble Drive area.

The brief security video shows the trio, all covered up in clothing and wearing hoodies, walking along a paved area.

Jones, 32, was killed when three suspects began shooting in the building lobby around 12:45 a.m. last Friday morning and two others were wounded in a second round of shooting in the rest of the apartment complex.

The first suspect is described as a man, with a light complexion, slim build, and wearing a light-coloured hoodie and light-coloured pants.

The second suspect is described as a man, with a light complexion, medium build, and wearing a black hoodie and black pants.

The third suspect is described as a man, with a medium to heavy build, wearing a black hoodie with black pants.
